Our technical services can be provided both on-site and remotely by opening a support ticket.
Our remote technical support is provided free of charge on weekdays (Monday-Friday), between 08:30/17:00 Turkish time zone. All problems are tried to be solved first remotely. In case it cannot be resolved, on-site support is provided (for a fee for our non-warranty machines).
