Our online shop and support system requires separate registrations. After you make your support request we will verify your machine then we will email you for registration. You can access all support records you have created by logging into your account.
Our technical services can be provided both on-site and remotely by opening a support ticket.
Our remote technical support is provided free of charge on weekdays (Monday-Friday), between 08:30/17:00 Turkish time zone. All problems are tried to be solved first remotely. In case it cannot be resolved, on-site support is provided (for a fee for our non-warranty machines).
