How to back up your files?

Navigate to this folder in your CAM computer.

This PC > Documents

Copy the "YenaDent CAM 6" folder to a safe storage device or a cloud service.

If the folder size is too large, unused or empty discs can be erased in the "DISK" folder.
This PC > Documents > YenaDent CAM 6 > DISK

Unhandled exception

Check if your graphics card driver is the latest version.

Check if your windows updates are done and there is no new update left.

Check if parameter file contents are deleted.

Navigate to this folder in your CAM computer.

This PC > Documents > YenaDent CAM 6

Open the "YenaDent CAM 6" file with a notepad.

Check if these lines exist. If not copy and paste it. Switch the "XXXXX" part with the correct user code. 
The user code is in the PDF file that was given with the CAM installation.

Demonstration version

Check if your dongle is connected.

Check if dongle LED is on / off.

Check if the lisence is deleted.

Click on the "info" button and open license tab.

Enter the personal code in the personal code section.
Enter the update code to the update code section.

The codes are in the PDF file that was given with the CAM installation.

If the code purchased is temporary, the temporary license tab must be selected.

Identification of this file does not allow you to use this function

Navigate to the "choose options" section in your CAM program.

File > Import identification > 3-Choose options.

Activate the options you want to use in section 3 of the "Import identification" section.

There is no margin line selected

Navigate to the "Margin line" section in your CAM program.

Selection > Margin line.

The margin line needs to be selected and added. 

There is no attachment

Navigate to the "Attachments" section in your CAM program.

Preparation > Attachments

The attachments need to be added. 

The following tool is numbered in your tool changer

Navigate to the "Tool locations" tab in your CAM program.

Parameters > Tool locations

Double-click on the position section to change/identify the tool location.

The tool locations in CAM must be the same as the tool locations on the CNC machine's pick-up station.

Please select a machine

This error is received, if the machine is not installed in the setup or the machines are deleted due to a problem.

Download your machine from update(envelope icon) section.

Updates will be available when the envelope icon becomes open as shown in below.

Select the machine to download and click "Install" button.
